Really great quality double wall stove pipe! Glad I bought this. You do not want to economise on the thing that is stopping your house from burning down.

Opened a few boxes and everything looked great! Won’t be installing until next month, but delivery came very quick, only three days!

I ordered 6 inch chimney and flashings. Everything arrived quickly with no shortages or damage.

Although I consider your products to be of high quality, I have to question the level of inspections taken while they are placed in shipping containers. This pipe had a large, wrinkled dent in one side that was "not" caused by the shipper. The tube it was securely placed in had no damage. I appreciate All Fuel replacing it free of charge and sending a return label for return of the damaged pipe. Surprisingly, the replacement pipe also had a smaller dent in it that I could reluctantly accept, again with no damage to the shipping container. This leads me to believe that whoever is preparing items for shipping is not holding damaged items back but shipping them anyway. If it wasn't for this issue, I would certainly have rated it as 5.
