Shipping policy

Free Shipping

All orders over $99 ship Free to the Contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) with Standard Ground Service. Orders under $99 will be charged the standard carrier rate.

Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an added cost. Note: selecting an expedited shipping option only affects the time in transit and not the "Ships-Within Time" (see below).

A residential or commercial physical address must be provided in order to ship any item; PO Boxes and Military (APO/FPO) address are not accepted. If a non-physical address is entered we will contact you to obtain a physical address. If we are unable to do so and the item ships, fees may apply for reshipment.

Ships-Within Time

All orders will be processed in the order they are received. Processing, picking, packing, and shipping your order, known as the "Ships-Within Time" takes between 1-3 business days.

To estimate the arrival of your package please consider the ships-within time plus the transit time associated with the method of shipment you selected. Standard Ground Shipping takes between 5-7 business days to arrive after the Ships-Within Time. It is not uncommon for you to receive each item separately as items often ship from different warehouses.

Freight Service

Large orders may ship via freight carrier (tractor trailer/semi truck). Our free freight option is limited to curbside delivery without a lift gate. The driver and truck must have reasonable access to the end of your driveway.

If a lift gate is required you may request one at the time of order for an extra fee (based on the fee from the freight carrier). With a lift gate the driver will remove the product off the truck for you, however, you are still responsible for getting the product form the curb side to wherever it needs to go.

The shipping company will contact you ahead of time to schedule delivery. Please provide a convenient phone number at the time of check out in order to ensure prompt delivery of your order. Missing your designated appointment could result in a re-delivery fee. Be sure to schedule your delivery in a timely fashion as storage charges are charged for orders that sit in freight facilities more than 3 business days.

An adult must be home at time of delivery.

Once your order is off the truck, the driver will give you time to inspect your package. You are responsible to check the exterior packaging. If there is visible damage to the outside crate, box, or product you will need to note the damage on the Proof of Delivery (POD) that the driver will give you to sign. If you sign for the delivery without noting visible damage, the shipping company is released from any responsibility for damage.

If packaging damage is found but you are not sure if the product is damaged simply write "Packaging damaged. Possible concealed damage." on the POD. If there is obvious product damaged simply write "Product damaged in transit." Then take pictures of the damaged packaging and damaged product and email us for further assistance.

We do not currently offer shipping outside the US.
