I was amazed when I opened the boxes to find that the insulated pipe was sleeved in cardboard tubes and each end was packed with plywood to keep this product from getting damaged in shipping.
Ordered 5 length 3 came with damage from shipping sent some pictures replacements sent next day no questions .great customer service pipe is real nice don't hesitate to buy this product chimney looks great.
Everything looks great and I it is real stainless which I appreciate. I haven’t got it installed yet but it looks like all the pieces I ordered are correct. The true test will be in the cold weather when I use the stove. I will let you know then. Thanks. John
