Ordered 5 length 3 came with damage from shipping sent some pictures replacements sent next day no questions .great customer service pipe is real nice don't hesitate to buy this product chimney looks great.
Everything looks great and I it is real stainless which I appreciate. I haven’t got it installed yet but it looks like all the pieces I ordered are correct. The true test will be in the cold weather when I use the stove. I will let you know then. Thanks. John
The customer service experience was great. The assistance with parts and pricing was excellent, and the delivery time happened as stated. However upon receiving the chimney pipe, which was packaged well in reinforced cardboard, I found one of the 4’ sections had a significant dent in it. I didn’t see damage the the packaging, so I don’t know when or how it happened, but receiving it damaged, when it is so expensive and for a new installation was very disappointing. Unfortunately I was under a tight time constraint, so I had to install it as is because the project would not have been ready for our large event otherwise.
