From the time they answered the first chat, they were nothing but very helpful in making sure we were ordering the right pipe for the job. We were replacing our 38 year old pipe. When the pipe arrived by UPS, our choice of carriere, I was very pleased with the way each section was boxed for shipment. Each piece was in a cardboard sleve, ends protected by a plywood circle held in by 4 screws. Not one scratch on the stainless pipe. I had over ordered by one section. The return process was as easy as when I ordered. The pipe went up as expected and looks great. Another few weeks and we will get to try it with a lite-up of the stove. I had a great experience with the representative determining the parts I need for my project. Everything came together beautifully and my wood stove install was a success. The 4 foot section of insulated pipe arrived with a big dent that extended all the way to the inside of the pipe. I checked the packaging and it was pristine so this means the pipe was dented before being packaged and sent. The packaging was very robust.
I purchased stove pipe, through the attic kit and chimney pipe. I had little idea of what I was doing. HTS AllFuel was there to help me with the process. I now have a very well installed, insulated and safe system for removing smoke.
