I was amazed when I opened the boxes to find that the insulated pipe was sleeved in cardboard tubes and each end was packed with plywood to keep this product from getting damaged in shipping.
Everything came as ordered, in good condition and in the time frame agreed on. Be careful, stainless steal can be sharp in areas.
